I recently visited a Listening System practicioner, and she told me that I'm CoQ10 deficient. Extremely. Her exact words were, "I'm surprised you're even walking around." I have been extremely tired, been losing weight due to these unexplained stomach aches and had some major dental work done. I also have a major stress in the marriage area. So I've begun taking CoQ10, but I find myself wondering how do you become grossly deficient in something like that. Any ideas? ...
