http://www.mothering.com/community/groups/show/5/giant-colossal-north-dakota-group   Social Groups are here! This will be kinda like the thread, except it will have member list and the option for it's own threads. I started one for the ND group. Come on over and join the group. If you would like to be co-leader, let me know-
I can be the leader for the ND group. We currently have a thread called the giant ND thread which was kind of our way to make our own group in the thread system anyway.   Here is the thread: http://www.mothering.com/community/t/676622/the-hopefully-giant-colossal-north-dakota-thread   So, we could just be called the ND group or something simple like that.
Not sure what is going on there  http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_183285925059393   Is this working?
http://www.mothering.com/community/forum/thread/676622/the-hopefully-giant-colossal-north-dakota-thread   Oh, this is a good thread for networking in ND.   Also, I have almost weekly playdates on Tuesdays starting somewhere between 6-6:30PM. Anyone is welcome. Usually choose the location that same day and post on Facebook.
Small world, we used to live in Spearfish. If you need company, you can always come hang with us. My husband works quite a bit too, so I totally feel ya. I have 4 children of varying ages, none 6 months, but 6 month olds don't really play with other children anyway. Feel free to PM me if you are interested and I can give you my contact info. Nice to meet ya!  Kristin :D

Update- I'm doing OK now. The crazy hormones have stabilized and the panic attacks are gone. I think my post was misunderstood in that I was just looking for ways to help the hormones stabilize sooner, or ways to cope while waiting for it to happen on its own. I ended up sleeping upstairs for a couple weeks instead of in my bed in the basement, and kept the lights on all the time, even while going to sleep. I tried getting out in the sun as phototherapy and drank soy...
I need some help from anyone who has gone through this before and found some solutions. This is the second time this has happened to me, although it is not quite as severe this time around. I am OK during the day, and feel like myself, but as night approaches, I start to feel anxious. As the night wears on, I start to feel frightened of going to bed, of my husband going to sleep so I am alone, and of my husband leaving to go back to work. I am too scared to sleep in my...
I just had my babe this morn about 8:30 so I'm out. Only a 42 weeker this time. All mine have been "late" with my last one being 43 1/2 weeks so I thought it would be late. Super fast dilation and bathtub birth while my hubby was blowing up the pool, lol. Awesome :D
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=breastfeeding%20immunity   http://www.jaoa.org/cgi/content/full/106/4/203 this one gives a good explanation with citations   http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/10/081026101713.htm   Also, mom need not be vaccinated. She will also pass along immunities she acquired naturally. So, if mom gets sick before or along with baby, it can help baby to not get sick, or to recover more quickly.
