I am currently taking a prenatal vitamin, a women's multi-vitamin, a B complex, 1000 mg Vitamin D, ginkgo Bilbao, and Omega 3,6,9.
I know I need to exercise more. I want to start yoga- I need to increase my flexibility.
I try to eat well even though I have a sweet tooth.
Stress is iffy. I am trying to find a job. Also planning our wedding for Feb. 2013.
