I just edited my original comment....its a very long story, but my DD needed another revision and I followed some bad advice and did aggressive stretching and calendula in my DD but I my ds2 was also revised and he hated the calendula...

Lol this is full circle! I've not seen Dr Marcus but started recommending him and have had great Conversation with him! So great to have a GOOD provider in Maryland!

It takes some time!!! CST should help, and if you can get with an IBCLC for suck training...I'm not sure where you went, but, not all providers revise deely enough either. But this early on, I would just try to remember that your baby...

PMd you sweet mama...we've been there, and got through it. Hang in there. Try nursing in the bath or shower..that helped us

Hi Mamas!   We actually have a chiro and a CST, but, I am looking for one who understands breastfeeding and/or tongue tie...or at least works in and around the mouth and jaw. I need someone within about 45mins of Hagerstown....

I would join "Tongue Tie Babies Support Group" on Facebook...4 months is not too old at all. The group has a list of reccomended providers, because not all ENTs/dentists etc are skilled at diagnosing and treating posterior tongue ties...

Is your little one seeing a chiropracter or craniosacral therapist? That really helps them gain function after the release. IT was about 2 months before I noticed a BIG change...it's not instant for everyone
