YES! Stick with it, gets so much easier, you won't believe it. Believe me, if I can do it, you can too!

I'm planning to leave the office early today to be sure I have time to do w6d1 today. I have to admit, it is tempting to fall off the program at this point, and just stick with the 20 min runs, and gradually build them up on my own, but really, that...

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I was 169 this morning. So happy to see a 6, instead of a 7! And I kicked butt on the treadmill yesterday at the gym -- was doing my c25k, w5d2, which is two 8 min runs with a 5 min walk in between. At the end of the 2nd run, I was still feeling great, so I decided to keep running...I ended up doing a 20 min run! I'm so psyched because I was really intimidated by the idea of the 20 min run which is the next one in c25k. . Hope everyone is doing...

Rosemary, how awesome that you are getting so much exercise and work! And wow, what a great job! I did a bit of my own version of exercise multi-tasking today...had a first date and we made it an easy hike and picnic date. So I got to spend 90 min walking on a trail around a lake...pretty nice! I'm holding steady at 170, but *really* hoping to see the end of the 70s soon! I hope that I can get solidly to 168/169 before my period comes back and messes me up! I...

I am 33 and I have 4 kids, and I am running for the first time in my life!
