Ugh the after pains! Apparently cramp bark tea helps? I didn't find some in time so I ended up drinking 2 liters of iced red raspberry tea and alternating regular Tylenol and ibuprofen until they were tolerable.

I find that wiping some milk on the nipple and air drying after feeding is super soothing and helps them heal up quickly.
