Thanks ladies :)  I ended up going 10 because at 8.5 I was feeling pretty good and it just worked well.  Tired and sore now.   Gotta work on ITB triggers again...   And strangely, my husband's a jerk around...
I'm supposed to do my 9 mile training run for my half marathon today and am totally not feeling it.  Maybe if I do some yoga this morning it'll make me feel limber enough to go do my long run later?
