The Rice Slices do taste pretty good melted on stuff, but I *think* they contain casein, so be sure to read the label! It's annoying when a company makes a "dairy substitute", but then puts milk derivatives in it.
We live in England, near the Yorkshire/Lancashire border. There's a lot I *don't* like here, but one thing that's really cool is that 15 minutes from home we can be on the tops of the vast and wild moors and feel like we're the only people on earth. Going up there really calms me and clears my mind.
