I get your point about not wanting to have to defend your way of living. I'm pretty radically outside the societal norms too and yet if it's the only way I can be a mama I'm willing to live w/that scrutiny for a while.
lol farmermomma!! I know that it would be bonkers a lot of the time, but I sometimes think that if I only had 1 chance to have 2 I'd rather they come together than not at all. I HATED being an only child until I was in jr high or high school & realized what a mess my parents would've made of another human being had they had another. So in that respect I can appreciate being an only and the benefits of being the ONLY child in my mom's whole family has it's perks too since I...
girlspn-you can't homeschool?? Really?? That would be a deal breaker for me or I'd just do it anyway   Our home school laws here in Arizona are one of the easiest states to deal with. I think they learned long ago that the home schoolers out-test the public school kids so they don't require anything but notification that you'll be keeping your child home. No tests, portfolios or certifications are required!  One of the only good things about AZ government.... Elite...
Then you should probably aim for that and see how it all goes!

Yeah, I'm not sure why ya'll are splitting hairs over the genealogical accuracy of a meme picture posted to FB or where ever when this is a vax forum & the original post was just to bring awareness to the fact that you can't necessarily trust the pics you see posted on public sites...  Genealogy is a great hobby & it can be fun to tweeze apart the facts from the mistakes in record keeping from so long ago, & debate whose info is the correct info, but this isn't the place...
Great!
I would think that if you have good relationships w/both providers and they know that you have that many children that they'd trust you knew what you were doing/talking about if you birthed too quickly to call for help or go in, and perhaps if you give them a quick call to let them know after the fact that all is well and you'll be in for a check up in a few days (or whatever time frame feels good to you) that they would be ok w/that. There is no law that says you or...
I don't know how long it will take to get the biopsy results back, hopefully not another 2 weeks!!  I had hormones checked a few years ago and all was well, from what I recall. They haven't said if they'll check again. Probably depends on the results of the biopsy. Everything is contingent on how that turns out.  Yeah, I keep thinking about all those stories I've heard of folks going ahead with adoption & then finding they're pregnant shortly thereafter   I think it frees...
