Well, I don't really drink coffee or alcohol, so I was just going by what I heard. :)

You can eat whatever you want for breastfeeding in my experience. Unless food allergies run in the family or if you notice baby have problems. I've always just had anything I wanted and no issues here. Except of course avoid caffeine...

I use spotify, but I have to be connected to internet for it, which won't be a problem for the home birth, but something to note. I really like spotify. I have hours and hours worth of songs on playlists there that I enjoy.
