*hugs* to all of you with GD. I don't have time to read this whole thread, but I'm so happy to find this support thread. I had GD when I was pregnant in 2007 and I would have loved this. My baby is now 19 months and doing fine!
For me, I had to give up plain yogurt (I adore Nancy's Yogurt which is very tart). She's 6 months old now and if I eat yogurt, she STILL spits up a lot. Other dairy was fine.
Also, you may just have to live with some gas for a while....
We used gripe water (Baby Bliss) when our baby was about 3 weeks old. We would have used it sooner but their site said not to use it until the baby was 7 pounds and she was a small baby. It didn't seem to help until about 5 weeks old...
