Has anybody heard of / seen a birth where the baby's head presented anterior then rotated a full 180 degrees to posterior?  If so, what happened and how did the birth progress?   Thanks in advance :)
At 14 days it's very likely to be accurate. And that would be really late for implantation bleeding.
