I had my appointment yesterday, everything was completely fine! I saw a heartbeat and the baby moving. As for the pain, I have a retroverted uterus so that's why it was so painful! Everything is just perfect.
funny, I was just looking at baby stuff today thinking to myself, Jeeze this is going to be hard! I bought a yellow striped gown and a white gown with a yellow duck LOL!
What about rooms? Im curious to know what your decoration ideas are.
GoBecGo, interesting you should say that, last year i had a CT scan done to look at some cysts, and i know that they can get much larger when your pregnant so it will be interesting to see what the Dr says tomorrow.
My MIL has already named the baby, and just knows its going to be a boy. It has INFURIATED me to no end! Ugh!
The last birth we had both my mil and my mother there, this birth it will be my DH me and my daughter if she so chooses, and then the MW or Dr. Thats it. Im not worrying about anyone else this time. LORD!
Glad to know im not the only one with overly "helpfull" mother LOL!
Boys names, Benjamin Patrick or Lennon Patrick.....maybe. Girl, Allie or some strain of it needs to be in it or Ivy (they are family names) I LOVE the name Alice, and then call her Allie for short. Lydia, Clair, Violet, or Corine are on the list. I still love the name Ferris, which is what my dd was supposed to be named until we got cold feet, but my sister named her son Cameron and I think it would be really odd and funny to have a Ferris and Cameron Hahahah!
We bought dd some off brand Keens at target last year, and then found some real ones at an outlet for about $25. Worth every penny. She wears them almost every day and with everything. They are great with or without socks. They are the only shoes that she doesn't throw a fit about wearing. And added bonus that she can put them on and off herself. We always get a pair of crocs too, usually at an outlet (found them at biglots for $5) or off brand for summer and winter.
My dd had horrible GI bleeding issues, I was told that my breastmilk was the issue, like so many others of you. I was preassured into using formula, and i tried to keep breastfeeding but like so many of u felt as though i was hurting my baby with my breastmilk, so i stopped. Went with exclusive formula, and the bleeding NEVER STOPPED. I was later told that her system was so sensative that even the special formulas where irritating her gut but at that time i had stopped...
Thanks for responding, i think i may have just psyched myself out. Maybe just a lot of emotions, im having minor braxton hicks again today, which i have been having for the last few weeks, and morning sickness is obviously still here. I have an appt with my OB on tuesdays anyway, ill just wait. May just be a big emotional wreck lol.
Hahahaha!!! We are going to leave it up to our DD. I know that sounds crazy, but we talked to her about it and she wants to wait until the baby is here, i was shocked, i thought for sure she would want to know asap. So as of now looks like we are waiting. My DH is NOT happy about it LOL. He is really apprehensive about having a boy, he said that he needs time to get used to the idea, ugh, i said well u have 7 months to get used to the idea, i suggest you get started ;)...
