muppet729 (& any others to whom this applies) - I see that yours are about 19 mos apart - how has it been tandeming two so close in age?? Any advice for me as I'm about to be tandeming an 18 mo. old & newborn....? TIA Emile
I'd love to hear more about your experiences as I'm about to be a tandem nursing mama. My daughter will be 18 mos when my son is born this Feb. I'm reading Hilary Flower's book, but more info is always welcome!
Actual EDD: Feb 21 Baby's gender: boy Weight (lbs/oz):7#15 Length (in): 20 Baby Birthdate and gestation: Feb 12, 38-5 Time of day: 6pm Length of labor:12 hours Place of Birth: hosp Other details: VBAC!
I'm not sure how preg you are, but at 6 weeks it's typically the size of a large pear and can only be felt via internal exam with one hand inside and another on your very low belly, just above your pubic bone. So, it's still sitting...
I'm starving mostly (except during occ. bouts of nausea when food seems gross), but I'm still nursing my dd so that probably contributes to my hunger. I'm also about 5 1/2 weeks. And... I've totally had the loose bowels issue too! So...
Trying for my 1st VBAC too
I'll be VBACing with a doc that's way more midwifey than the MWs in my area...
I think I've got 1 girl in there
Yep, my 10.5 month old dd is still going strong and nurses about 4x/night as well as all throughout the day.
2nd for me as well
