4/1  -  125 minutes total.....60 minute solid weight lifting and then 60 minutes climbing stairs (5.6 miles) at the gym.  Light stretching) 4/2  -  60 minute run includes 5 minute stretch 4/3  -  40 minutes of full body exercises 4/4  -  not sure if I"m doing anything today.....It's only 1 pm. 4/5  -  70 minutes in the gym - 60 cardio and then only 10 weights before the I was interrupted by my family.  As usual  ;-) 4/6  -  50 minutes running the trails with hubby....
Congrats Shelley!   That is great news!!   I know it must make you feel very motivated.  And strong!!!
