5/1 - 50 minute run
5/2 - 55 minute hard run at the beach. WHEW!
5/3 - 100 minutes total....weights and brisk walk with the ladies
5/4 - off drove to get my college kid
5/5 - off
5/6 - 105 minutes - brutal 60 minute weight...
