Yes, he's nursing only and not eating solids yet. I know I have not been as careful as I would have been had I known just how contagious it is! I soooo hope he does not catch it. Just waiting to hear back from the naturopath on how to treat. Any other tips would be much appreciated!!
I read this online and am now worried. My outbreak is really really bad. Is my 5.5 month old doomed to now get this. I have not been avoiding kissing him on his head, face, etc. What to do?!
I am having an outbreak of fever blisters on my lips. I also think I have some around my eyes and on various spots on my face and forehead. I put in a call to my naturopath for advice but have not heard back. I'm wondering if there are foods and/or drinks I should avoid in the meantime. Love it.
Is it when they are at his shoulders?
Anyone have any tried and true method that really works? I have a ton of borrowed clothes and a few have been "blown out" on. I'd love any tips or links that you have. TIA.
Sullivan just had his 2 month check up this morning and is just shy of 14 lbs!! He's also 24.25 inches tall up from 20 inches at birth! He's at the 90% for both. I'm so proud of my Mama's milk!!
Sullivan will be 6 weeks old tomorrow. He was 8 lbs 10 oz at birth. At 2 weeks he was 9 lbs 7 oz. At one month he was 11 lbs 8 oz. And now I think he's between 12 and 12.5 lbs (using my digital scale and the weigh me and him and then just me method). I'm hoping my midwife weighs him tomorrow at my 6 week PP check. He's a big one, that's for sure!!
Let us know if you have not, how you are. And for those that haven't announced their little ones yet, please do. We all love to read those birth stories!:
