I gave up on trying to find a decent vegan cheese. I live without it. My hubbie made a vegan "cheeze" sauce w/ nutritional yeast and it was okay. Sigh.
Hemp milk here. We do some soy milk (very little actually, but he does eat soy yogurt) as well. DS is 16 months now, and just weaning off bm completely. We gradually introduced hemp milk since about 14 months old.

Does anyone know what Jenny McCarthy recommends in terms of diet for an autistic child? Is it simply cutting out gluten and dairy OR is it more complicated than that?

I have a 15 mos old also. We do quinoa and lentils, chickpeas (hummus), and beans and rice alot... plus nut butters. We add coconut milk to his hemp milk sometimes, for fat. I'm looking into cooking for Indian foods, b/c my son loves...
I am. I have a 15 month old, and I thought it would rectify itself over time. Nope. When I jog, it's awful. AWFUL! Don't know what else to do, besides my kegels... and complain, of course.
