Thanks for the oxtail soup recipe! It looks right up our alley.
As for the liver, partially frozen makes sense, but it's soooo big that I'm afraid the edges will be soft and the middle will still be frozen solid. I guess I'll have to do it in stages, thawing it a bit, then a bit more. So, with it partially frozen, can you get the slices good and thin? I guess I'd better sharpen my knives!
