I've seen/heard that you can tell about some nutritional deficiencies by looking at a person's tongue. Does anyone have any detailed information on what to look for?
My tongue looks great, pink and smoothish. My son's tongue has a slight white tint to the back of the tongue, and tiny raised pink bumps all over.
That small amount of juice is nothing to worry about, imo. Juice is a problem when people drink too much of it. If you make your own raw orange juice at home then it will be superhealthy. Its a great source of Vit C and enzymes.

Thats weird. I think theirs tastes great. I remember not liking my first bottle...
