yeah, i did higdon's boston plan again, but fudged the hill runs because most of my weedday runs were on the TM - and just ran hilly LRs. is that book like the article they had a while back - run a marathon after training three days a week? it sounds reasonable - because of my schedule, there were tons of weeks i only ran four days - so if the quality of those runs were amped . . .
