Big hugs, mama...everybody has said the things I would suggest (mainly diet)...but I wanted to add one more tip that worked like a charm with our dd1: put her bum on the dryer while it was running - I think the rythmic noise combined...

I answered unvaxed with eczema...though that only applies to dd2. dd1 got her 2, 4 and 6 month shots (not Hep B though), and has since been unvaxed. She has no significant health issues (maybe a little seasonal sensitivity - runny nose)....
