Pros: easy to use, wash
Cons: leaks occasionally
I wanted to go with cloth diapers from the beginning but when no one purchased any from my registry I went with disposables. After several months of using them, the way they are made finally got to me. I did a lot of research and Grovia felt like the best fit for us. I like the hybrid system and the fact that the soaker pads snap right in. However, be sure you follow the directions to prep the soaker pads (they must be washed 5-6 times for optimal soaking) or else you will have leaks. I prefer the vanilla shell over the cloud and surf because the velcro holds up better. After several washings, the cloud and surf shells rolled up on the hook and loop but the vanilla's haven't at all. You must get the leg fit correct or you will have leaks with the shells. It's a challenge sometimes because my child is very lean and has small legs so leaks happen more than I would like. The disposable inserts are excellent and I use them when we leave the house. Overall, I am happy with the system.
