Pros: long lasting, comfortable, value
I have used Lunapads for more than 12 years now. When I first started using them, in my very early twenties, I was no where close to becoming a mother, but using alternative menstrual products was a very important step in connecting to my cycle and my body, knowledge which would in the end really help me in a struggle with infertility in my early 30s.
I still have some of the first Lunapads I acquired over a decade ago and they're going strong. I'll admit, at the time they seemed like quite an investment on my limited income, but when I think back to how much I've saved, they've paid back in spades.
I literally love my Lunapads. Of all the cloth options out there, I find they're the most long lasting, comfortable and practical due to their design. The starter kit is a great way to get started (I first got some version of it back then, though I think it was a slightly different configuration at the time).
I've bought them as gifts dozens of times for girlfriends, and I have to say they're the one gift that I still hear about years later as friends thank me for introducing them to such a great product.
