Cons: none!

I LOVE my Maya Wrap! I got it when my son was about 2 months old because the Baby Bjorn I had was beginning to hurt upper back and shoulders.  We still use the Maya currently, and my son is 18 months old and about 30 pounds.  I love the variety of positions that this sling offers...we have used them all! Now we use the hip carry exclusively, and both my son and I love his being so close to me, and I get to be hands-free to do other things (shopping, cooking, etc).  I like that you can switch shoulders, so one shoulder is not taking the weight every time you wear your baby.  I find this sling to be very comfortable and easy to adjust.  It's also machine washable. I have used it often for breastfeeding, and the extra fabric really comes in handy to help with discreet BFing.  Overall, an excellent product that is so very worth the cost!!
