Pros: Was very easy to use, I really felt it emptied my breasts
Cons: Can be slightly annoying if you're using two at a time.
I've had a great experience with this pump. I initially bought it so that I could use it for a date night with DH and had planned on buying a "real" pump once I went back to work. However, it worked out so well for me (and I got a second one free from a friend) that I just used both of them when I went back to work. The thing I can think of to complain about at all is that it does take a bit of coordination if you're pumping on both sides at one time! 
Beyond that I had no complaints.
I'm pregnant with my second right now and have already bought two new ones for when I go back to work (my old pumps were used quite a bit and since buying new ones were so cheap it made more sense to just go ahead and buy two new ones).
