We bought this for our son when he was just over 1 yo. He was able to put the tiny cars on the track, and delighted (still does) in watching the cars move down! I know the age says 3+ and the cars are little, but I wonder how interested a 3 yo would be in this. It is a pretty cool toy, so maybe they stay interested that long. The toy seems very durable and the only downside is that the little cars get under furniture and get "lost" sometimes. Overall, great toy and very good for dexterity!!
