Straightforward & evidence based (with Catholic info too)
Pros: easy to read
This is the book from the couple to couple league, which an NFP organization supported by many Catholics are others who are interested in the sympto thermal method. There are a lot of rules which may seem confusing at first, but are good to know if you are trying to achieve or avoid a pregnancy! Very accurate when the rule are followed. Because this book is written from the Catholic perspective which does condone the use of any contraception, FAM is not given a viable option. However, a couple could just choose to use condoms during fertile times, even though that is not discussed in the book.
