Awesome Diaper cover

Pros: Easy to use, fists great, right price

Cons: none

These are great diaper covers for those on a budget. I really prefer snaps, but the velcro on these have worked great for us!

Great wrap!!

Pros: Double gussets, never had a leak, at a great price!

Cons: Really diddn't care for velcro, so I switched to snaps!

Thirsties is one of my favorite kind of wraps. I've never had any leaks, they are adorable, and very affordable. I would totally recomend Thirstie duo wraps to a friend! Oh also Rose is one of my favorite color wraps!

Love Our Thirsties Covers

Posted

Pros: Excellent fit, love double gussets, great value, no leaks!

Cons: Haven't found any yet

We used the size 1 covers with prefolds and fitteds when our little guy was just born. We have snaps and velcro, new and used covers. We have nothing but good things to say. We had a few other newborn size covers and never used them we were so happy with the fit, lack of leaks and trimness of the Thirsties Covers. These were the first covers to fit our 6lb 12 oz skinny mini.

wears down quickly

Pros: great absorbency

Cons: velcro closure

Has great absorbency and are stylish. DH loved them because the velcro resembles disposable diapers more than snaps. I despise velcro closures. After about 15 washes the velcro was significantly worn.

Well loved but not well made

Pros: price, colors, and sizing

Cons: velcro wears out, fabric gets pilly

The thirsties duo wrap was my initially sister's favorite cloth diaper system.  She bought some and used them for a week, then raved and raved about these covers, so when I started my cloth diaper stash with my first baby, I bought a combination of these and other wraps.  I never regretted having multiple types, especially since as time wore on, these wraps wore out.     For a wrap that's going to last essentially from newborn (8lbs exactly) to about a paper size 3, these are very reasonably priced.  And of course, being Thirsties, they have some adorable color choices!  The sizing system is the biggest plus of this brand.    ...

Wore out quickly

Pros: basic, afordable, easy to use

Cons: Wore out quickly

My only problem with Thirsties is how quickly the Velco wears out. I thought it was just me but another friend of mine said the same happened to hers. It just makes them not a very good value even though the fit is good for a sizeable cover.

Not to bad

Pros: Easy to care for

Cons: Velcro gets funky

These covers were pretty easy to use. I loved that they could be wiped down, dried, and reused. The only issue was that the velcro tended to gather fuzzies from the prefolds when washed. The tabs would come undone from the wash fold setting and stick to things.  I felt they were slightly pricey considering the durability of the velcro.

good for little guy

Pros: use more than once, fits small baby

Cons: velcro wears

Like other reviewers said, the velcro does wear quickly, but I did not find them to be ineffective, just seem more used. I liked that you could use the cover for a couple changes before needed to wash it, or you could just rinse and dry them. They were helpful when my sons were too small to fit into the pocket diapers I usually use. I like the colors and patterns.

Great cover!

This cover worked very well for us.  We paired this with the kissaluvs fitted and thirsties fitted.  We decided we liked pockets better overall but I have no complaints about these covers!
