They've recently released their third CD which we haven't got yet but we love their first two. I think I enjoyed their first, Sea Notes, best (fun songs about the ocean/water, many educational too) though I really liked some songs on Musical Adventures as well.

They put on a great live show as well!

My ds likes The Ramones (greatest hits).
It's upbeat and even though it's "punk rock" there are no swears, which can be hard to come by these days.

We also like a little Harry Belafonte too.

Our faves are Elizabeth Mitchell (You are My Little Bird is our fave) and Justin Roberts (Meltdown! is our favorite). We also just caught Justin Roberts in concert a month ago and it was AWESOME!!! I highly recommend the experience. He's on tour now, see if he's coming to your town!

We also like Dan Zanes, Barenaked Ladies' kids album, Putamayo Kids (folk and world playground are awesome!). DS loves Kimya Dawson too, but DH hates it. I think it's fine, DH thinks it's "pedestrian." Whatever. I love lo-fi, he's all about high-gloss.

I LOVE Really Rosie. It's Carole King singing Maurice Sendak stories. I'm pretty sure you can buy these off itunes. The Gift of the Tortoise is another one of my favorites. Oh, and Ella Jenkins has some good stuff, too.
