For those that use DE...

How do you get it in yourself and your little ones? I can choke it down in yogurt, but my kids (6 and 3) know it's there immediately and won't eat the yogurt. I really think we need this, but I'm at a loss on how to actually sneak it to them!!!!! Any and all replies are appreciated!

Ah, thank you. I think I remember reading about it in Maker's Diet? Don't know, it's been a few years.

Anyway, I've never eaten it, but the second link sounds a lot like BioSil which is a supplement I take.

Good luck to you!

That sounds much better than dung from emus!

I assume it's brown/black like topsoil? I'd try mixing it into something chocolate like pudding or a smoothie.

Nope, looks like arrowroot flour. It's kinda gritty, even though it's a fine grind, so it's hard to hide. It doesn't dissolve in liquid, so you have to keep mixing to keep it suspended while you drink, so that doesn't happen with the kids...

Any other ideas?

Is that what Azomite Powder is? It sounds the same.

I just chug it as quickly as possible. Blah. I never found any other way to take it.
