Arrowroot baby crackers

Can I just mix arrowroot and fat and bake to make some baby cookies? I don't want to give dd the premade wheat ones.

Thanks!

I've made crackers with arrowroot and egg before that my baby loved. I got the recipe from here.
It was:
Cream together 1 stick of butter (or 1/2 cup coconut oil) with 2 egg yolks. Mix in 4 tbsp water, 1 cup arrowroot powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp stevia powder. Spread on a well oiled baking tray and bake at 200oF for about 2 hours, until dry and easy to break up.
I didn't have any stevia so I just left that out and my baby still thought they were great.

I think its the same recipe, just using half coconut oil and half butter (which is even tastier I bet). I will have to try that next time. :
