tell me about progesterone cream

i have not been diagnosed with anything officially. but i do have many symptoms associated with low progesterone. we have just started ttc and this cycle what i thought was implantation bleeding turned out to be spotting three days before my period. i had this spotting last cycle also :. i also have low libido, very painful periods and other symptoms that could be related. anyway i see the progesterone cream at WFM and i was wondering how safe it is to use?

It is safe to use as long as you wait to start until aftter O is confirmed. You will need to stop it about 13-14 days after O if not pregnant. You may also want to pick up a copy of The Infertility Cure by Randine Lewis. There is a lot of interesting stuff in that book!
