GIRL!!!! :

Charlotte Rose ("charlie/sharley")
arrived via homewater birth (caught by daddy)
today, nov 18th at 6:02am
after a very long labor and difficult delivery.
4th child and my longest labor! (go figure ...26 hours total:
21 hours latent labor, 3.5 active labor, 1 1/2 hours transition!!! (good lord!)

she was born (we think) with her chin tilted up and a possible nuchal arm
which explains the LONG tansition phase and difficulty pushing.
(somehow no tears tho!?)
7 pounds, 1 ounce. and absolutely beautiful and worth every bit!
