Doesn't THIS make you drool?

Because it makes me drool!

Oh WOW!

The organization of it makes me swoon. It's all so pretty, but PB makes me cringe these days. I wish there were actually stores that carried stuff like this, but made in America, and without the hyper rip-off inflated shipped.

It does look nice, but I've done a really good job of beating this into my head: "Catalogs and magazines DO NOT represent real life!" If anyone had that set up and organized like that in their home, it would tell me one thing: They're not using it!

My 8 yo DD just said "Nah, it's too Mommy-ish. We can't ever have that." I'm drooling, though

I'm lusting after that, but it would not look like that in my house if I ever used it!

I love that craft organizer to hold wrapping paper and ribbons.

I've been looking for the Bedford desk on Craigslist and found one (along with those ladder shelves in the background) for fairly cheap recently. It is very nice and would look great in the kid's play/craft room. Right now, it's pretty low on the priority list, though. I'm trying not to buy anything until I finally find curtains. If I ever find them, the rate I'm going...

That is awesome, but in my house the cubbies would be stuffed with everything from gym shoes to DP's tools within 2 days

I have a friend who could prob keep it looking like that...not me tho

Craigs List is the ONLY way I will buy PB...there stuff isn't quality enough to justify the new cost IMHO
It seems like they would get more business if they lowered their prices a tad...

The only thing that has me drooling there is the huge vase with the gift wrap in it. I can't find that on the website though. I actually prefer the table I bought on craigs List. I do dislike my plastic box for gift wrap though.

Yup! In our house we call catalogs "consumer porn". I'm very tired of companies try to sell me stuff to make it look like I have less stuff.

Was I the only one cringing from the "clutter?"
I saw that in the catalog and wondered "Who the hell are these people who have entire rooms in their houses devoted to wrapping presents?"

This.

What cracks me up are the closet stores where all of the clothes are color coordinated to the closet and they are hanging about 6 pieces all spaced 2 inches apart. With that little of stuff - who couldn't be organized!

Be honest - how many rolls or wrapping paper do YOU have and how many do you see in the picture?

I do like that wrapping roll organizer, but I would hang WIP sewing projects on it. I bet it would be stuffed full, with things hanging over other things. All threads loose....

For some reason I don't like storage spaces that are open or that show what's in them. Like we have family who have cabinets who have glass so you can see everything inside. There's so many different colors, shapes that honestly it looks chaotic and unkept.

I like clean lines, and would rather prefer to look at a solid color closet door.

KWIM? That's my only comment. I think the desk would be nice if there were cabinet doors.

That's absolutely my personal taste though, to each their own.

Oh, *lust*...good thing I don't have money for that, haha.

Sorry, I need enclosed spaces. Everything, or almost so, enclosed. My TV with all it's accompanying things (satellite box, DVD, etc.) is in a wardrobe!

Yes, Ma'm, enclosed!

Comes from my mother, she has these open shelves in the living room everywhere and the dusting is phenomenal. Maybe I am just lazy at heart.

I just bought an almost identical vase (I think mine is a bit wider) at Michael's for $15

There's nothing wrong with crazy-coordinated closets...

I would actually find that a bit sad, although a space like that for sewing would be neat.

However... first I would need a house with an attic. Naah... never going to happen.
