Doctors....argh!!! Vent alert.

We recently moved to Russia and I had to take DS to the Ped for the first time here today as he's suffering from frequent constipation. All the natural things haven't worked and, as I suspected, he has a blockage
Anyway, she asked about how much liquids he takes and you should've seen her face when I told her he breastfeeds!
Erm hello? He's only 15mo!
I know many get this reaction in the US but we had a pro bf Ped there. Urgh. I feel offended on DS's behalf....like she doesn't think he's entitled to continue to drink the best milk available to him??!!!

DD is 21 months and still nursing strong. I couldn't possibly imagine taking away her favorite thing in the world. And the healthiest for her!
