If you live in Houston (maybe they will have it online, I a not sure) I and another mom will be interviewed. We both were harrassed at Discovery Green park for breastfeeding in public on two separate occasions.
They interviewed the director of the park as well. On camera we asked him to put the breastfeeding is welcomed here stickers on the grounds of the park.
Their policy has been that they were going to not ban mothers from breastfeeding but that they would request that they cover up if someone complained about them nursing.
It will show up at 5 or 5:30 on fox 26 news.

A baby eating is disturbing, ugggghh!

We were told that breastfeeding wasn't allowed there because "No food or beverages" are. And I'm thinking, "so, I'M not allowed here, because I'm his food and drink?!" Craziness. But hopefully they'll follow through and become SUPPORTIVE, and not just tolerant, of breastfeeding.

: Hooray for Fox News in Houston!
To the park manager who GETS it, though his employees don't (yet).
