Looking for recommendations for Weaving Loom for child

Can anyone help me? My daughter is 6 and is begging for one. She has experience making potholders with the small square loom.

Thanks!

Harrisville Designs has a couple of lap looms designed for children, plus their "Easy Weaver" series and a backstrap loom. For your daughter's age the peg loom looks really good.

I know nothing about these things, but I did just see one in the Nova Natural catalog.

Thank you both. I will look into the ones you mentioned. I don't know anything about looms, but I know that with most things you get what you pay for and I see options for $20 up to $100s. I don't want to pay hundreds, but I wonder whether buying the $50-60 ones are that much better than the $20 ones.

I really like what I've purchased from Harrisville Designs and I also recommend Beka Child's Rigid Heddle Loom which you can get at Paradise Fibers for less than $50, I think they have a smaller one for less than $40 but the "bigger" one has a bit more project possiblities. Ashford also have a couple Weaving Frames that are pretty easy to use/set up in the $25 - $35 range.

Thanks again for the suggestions! I decided on Beka Child's Rigid Heddle Loom from Paradise Fibers.
