Muscles metabolize aluminum?

I was told by our Pediatrician's stand-in, that the aluminum in vaccines can be metabolized by the muscles.

I can't seem to find any information on this, so I was hoping one of you mamas would be able to help me out. We don't vaccinate, but I was really interested in learning more about this.

DH and I met a vaccine-researcher on the airplane, and he said that aluminum never leaves the body (or something to that effect), essentially that it's not good stuff. (This guy has been working on a vaccine that doesn't need an adjuvant--is that how it's spelled?)

Once again an example of how most doctors have no clue about aluminum or any other taoxic substance ound in vaccines. Some manufacterer proably told him that and he is now telling his patients that. As far as I know Aluminum is not excreted from the bosy which is why when they take samples of the brains of people who died of Alzheimers that aluminum is always present. If it were being metabolized, this would not be the case.

Very interesting. My doctor had read the Dr. Sears book and was very frantic after all the stuff he had read on aluminum. He had called one of the heads at the hospital he works under and asked them about it, and that's what they had told him. I asked where I could find that study, and his stand-in told me it's probably in a medical journal. :
