Star Wars (original trilogy) for 4 yr old.... - Page 3

Wow. I am floored at how many pps have allowed their kiddos to watch Star Wars. Sure, they're great movies, but they are rated PG, primarily for violence. DEATH STAR -- hello?

I mean no offense. Different strokes for different folks and all that. My question is, what's the rush? I do look forward to sharing these movies with my DS (currently 6.5), maybe when he is 10-12.

My 4.5 yo really wanted to watch it. I haven't seen it in years (I saw it when it came out in the theaters and that was what, like 1977?) DS watched it for maybe 30 min, the older kids (8 and 10) wandered in and watched about 20 min. I sat and watched the whole thing though!

It's funny, since my 4.5 yo watched part of it, his Star Wars talk has decreased tremendously. He's back to talking a lot about Transformers and Power Rangers, neither of which he has ever seen.
