What do you think my "issue" is?

I am not TTC yet because I want to have a healthy cycle before I even try. I would really appreciate any input on what exactly you think my issue is. I am going to wait a couple more cycles before I go to the doctor but if I can do something to help now, that would be great.

I was on BCP for six years before stopping four months ago. Before going on the pill, I had a "normal" cycle of around 30 days and did not have any of the issues I have now. I am thankful to be ovulating but I have a luteal phase problem. Since going off the pill, I start spotting around 8/9 DPO and then start around 10/11 DPO. I also have either a weak thermal shift or a delayed shift and late ovulation (average CD 22).

Here are the last two charts - http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/21137a

I will post this in the TTC section too. Hopefully this is an ok place to post this question. Thank you in advance for any input!

You may want to try some OTC progesterone cream after O is confirmed but don't use it for more that two weeks.

I was on birth control pills for about 10 years and also found myself with a very short luteal phase after I quit taking them. I found an article that talked about women being deficient in Vitamin B after taking the pill, and there was a correlation between the deficiency and short luteal phases. I took a B-Complex along with my prenatal last cycle, and my luteal phase increased from 10 days to 17 days. It might be something to look into.
