tactile play stuff ideas please!

I'm looking for more ideas of tactile things to make for Christmas. So far I have playdough, saltdough, and flubber. I want to be able to pack each into a wide-mouth jar so they can be kept in the cupboard and are ready-to-use. Does anyone have any other ideas that I could add to this list? Is there a home-made version of moon sand? tia!

We made some Oobleck earlier:
Ratio of 6:4, cornstarch to water. Just stir the 2 together till smooth. DS added some color to it this time.

Finger paint:
Mix 2 tsp salt with 2 cups flour. Add to 2.5 cups cold water and stir until smooth. Gradually add this mix to 2 cups boiling water. Boil until it thickens and is smooth. Add color.

Would you mind sharing your flubber recipe?

I have seen suggestions to add different textures to playdough by kneading in a bit of rice or oats.

My 2 have great fun with a bowl of rice or flour. The rice is much easier to clean up.

What about a jar of pinto beans to be used in a big tub? My kids love scooping, running cars through, etc. the beans at the place where we get DS's occupational therapy. Also, at my kids' preschool, they use shaving cream sometimes for a tactile experience.
