Pearl pushed herself into the world on Sunday morning.I woke up to contractions at 11:59 1 min long 1 min. apart,labored by walking,swaying,kneeling,and finally in the pool.She kicked and pushed her way out without waiting for the next contraction(I did not know this could happen!)at 4:56 am.Mw did not make it-she was at another birth too far away,but her assistants did and were great.Her dad caught her,and all 4 older siblings saw her birth!Her cord broke off before placenta birthed, but likely all membranes are accounted for.She is a delight,and just PERFECT!!!!!She is also our first baby ever to have hair!And it's not white-blonde!!!!I dare say she's a strawberry-blonde!!!Much more later,but I don't want anyone thinking I can be out of bed yet!!!
