Vaccinated vs. non-vaccinated pop research?

Anyone know of studys regarding differences in health for vaccinatd vs non-vaccinated populations? I would think that since there is an identifiable, growing population of non-vaccinated individuals in america, someone would do the study. I was thinking about doing something like this for my grad school thesis. Maybe a survey style?

It does seem like a simple thing doesn't it? These studies have never been done, and I have my doubts that they will be. The reason given is that to do this would "deprive" the children who are unvaccinated from life saving medecine. Pleeeeeesssseeee. What they don't understand is that there is a pool of kids out there that are unvaccinated by choice...they chould utilize those children. The other reason this study has never bneen done is the powers that be don't want to really know the results. They know that studies like this may actually show that unvaccinated chilren are far healthier than their vaccinated peers. Then what would happen?? Vaccination rates would plummet and there goes the multi billion dollar industry right down the toilet!!
There are a few studies that have been done however they are not "official". One is the Dutch study:

here is a survey done by Generation Rescue:

The problem is that the unvaxed population is self selected. You would have to adjust for all other factors to have a valid comparison.

I agree - It wouldn't be a valid comparison to use unvaxed kids in America verses africa...there are too many other variables. Not only that but even just comparing non-vaxed children in america they would need to be within the same socio-economic group, perhaps race would need to be compared and even gender.
That would be a great and interesting study- but one hell of a difficult study to pull off.

Also- issues that would also have to be addressed would be: breastfed/not breastfed, homeschooled/not homeschooled. Even down to examining how many times the child has received antibiotics.
Basically - you woould have to take children from birth - fully vax a group of them, selectively vax another, selectively and delay another group, and not vax at all for the final group. They would all need to be exposed to the same variables- and treatment methods to illnesses need to all be the same.

If this is what you may use for your thesis- I would start gathering information now- and perhaps narrow the control group to just 5 children, which will still be difficult to identify.
