I am 5 weeks today, and so far I have only the beginnings of nausea. It usually hits me hard right at 6 weeks, and I think it's coming. For now though, nothing sounds good.
I am forcing myself to eat some, but after a few bites it makes me want to gag. Nothing healthy sounds good at all. The things that sound good to me right this moment are bbq potato chips and mcdonalds hamburgers! I am going to resist those cravings (for the moment at least), but I should probably eat something.
I forced a few almonds down this morning. And some whole raw milk. Oh, and then some banana bread. But now it's lunchtime, and I just cannot think of a single- healthy- thing that I could possibly eat.
Anybody else feel like this?

So hence my suggestion of hot bone broth with brow rice or pasta? That would be pretty nutritious.
