I just thought I'd share this.
Yesterday I was at the laundromat with my DD. There was a lady there with a little boy. At one point she lifted up her shirt and nursed him (I saw her amazing non-stretch-marked belly and was a little jealous
). I wanted to give her a
about the NIPing, but I don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English. So to show my support, I decided to lift up my shirt and feed my babe along with her. When she saw me do that, she came over and in a broken English/Spanish conversation we talked about our kids (only 11 days apart!) and breastfeeding and how many teeth they have, etc. It was fun to NIP with someone I didn't know- I usually just NIP with my AP Playgroup or alone because no one else is NIPing when/where I am.
