Did she ask you if you would "like" to move into the fitting room? Or did she ask you to "move" into the fitting room? Each question has an entirely different connotation - imo. And I also believe that people who have no experience with nursing or nursing mothers just don't phrase their comments as we would like them to. I know that before I started nursing, I just didn't have the background knowledge to communicate my thoughts effectively.
