I don't know if this is appropriate for you but I like these ideas...

-my baby has a diaper shirt that says "mothersucker"
-I'd make a diaper shirt that says "milky milky milky!" on it with the letters getting bigger and bigger
-a shirt with googly eyes thats says "I appreciate breasts on a much deeper level than you" (yes it's from an onion tshirt of a similar slogan)



I don't know if that would encourage any lactivism though, I enjoy slightly different humour. I would go with the breast cancer fact one to educate more people!
