anyone rent Blu Ray from netflix?

I wanted to rent some blu ray movies for netflix. Does it work any different from the DVD's? Can you rent the same amount? Does it take longer to get them? Just wondered what the deal was. Any advice on renting them?

I rent Blu-Ray and have for the past year+. The rental process is almost identical to what you're used to. Your queue will gives the option for Blu-Ray or standard DVDs for movies that are available in both formats. I haven't noticed a difference in the shipping times and the return envelopes are from our local shipping location so they must be widely available.

I've noticed that some new releases are a longer wait on blu-ray than regular but it will tell you if there's a wait. Netflix also started charging $1 more per month to justify their purchase costs.

You can set in your preferences for Netflix to send you the blu-ray disc whenever they have both types. This way you don't have to choose in your queue every time.
