What size capsules for placenta encapsulation?

I'm trying to decide what size I'm going to get. I'm leaning more toward "0" but I wonder if that would be too small. My midwife really didn't have much input - she just said not to get 'horse pills'

So, what size do you think would be best? And do you think "0" would be too small?

Thanks!

We used single 0's and I take two capsules twice a day with food (and in the evening, a small glass of white or sparkling wine). If I'm having a nasty mood swing or crying jag, I take a placenta capsule with a small snack and usually start feeling better about 20 minutes later.
