Is it a bug or impending labor??

Being pregnant with my first I am just not sure. Starting last night I've had diarhhea and today I havent had any appetitite at all. I've had what I guess I would call cramps that just last a couple seconds and run across the top of my belly. For those that have had these symptoms prior to labor...How long until labor started? I am not too worried as I have an appointment tomorrow.

this time of year...it's hard to tell
DD just had a stomach bug & now DH has it.

for me, I didn't get the runs until I was already in labor.(so, contractions first. THEN the runs)

Happens with me like this too...

I've got the runs along with prodromal labor, unfortunately neither seem to indicate that you'll be holding your baby real soon - I've had both for over a week now.
